The X96 X10 is a new 8K Android TV Box powered by Amlogic S928X SoC. As you can see, S928X Android TV Boxes are slowly appearing on the market. So UGOOS AM8 is not the only “true” 8K TV Box available for individual customers. The latest X10 S928X TV Box supports up to 8K@60fps AV1 decoding, runs on Android 11, and supports up to 8GB RAM and WiFi 6.
X96 X10 S928X Android TV Box Overview Features
The new X96 X10 TV Box has small dimensions (106x106x21mm) and a golden aluminum casing. On the front, there is the well-known digital LED display, which has accompanied the X96 series devices from the beginning. Inside we find the new powerful Amlogic S928X SoC. S928X chipset features a penta-core CPU (ARM Cortex-A76 and quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 CPU) with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU (supporting OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.2, OpenCL 2.0). This 8K TV Box runs on Android 11 OS and supports up to 8K@60fps AV1, VP9, H.265 video decoding. In addition, the X10 S928X TV Box is available with 4GB RAM or 8GB RAM DDR4 and also offers up to 64GB eMMC storage.
Besides, the X96 X10 supports dual Band MIMO 802.11ax WiFi 6 (1200Mbps), Bluetooth 5.2, and Gigabit Ethernet. By the way, it is worth adding that the X10 Android 11 TV Box, in addition to typical accessories such as an HDMI cable and a power supply, is probably also supplied with Bluetooth voice remote control.
